When you ring the Practice our staff will ask you some questions to determine your condition. Some of these questions may include if you have a temperature or a cough, these questions help us to determine the best action to take but also to protect our staff and other vulnerable patients.   You will be added to the triage list where calls are triaged by the Doctors using the information you have provided, if appropriate you may receive a call back from a GP.  If deemed urgent an appointment will be arranged or you will be given other relevant advice.  All patients over the age of 13 years will be asked to provide and wear a face mask/face covering before entering the building.  Unfortunately any patient NOT wearing a face mask/face covering will not be allowed to enter the building.
